The first time I came here I sat at a table for 10 minutes and didn't get served so I walked off.
Thought I'd try it again and found out you have to order at the counter.
Great atmosphere and coffee. Very nice.

Will go Again.I only popped in to get take away latte,but I was struck by how friendly the service was. highly recomended to staff ROHAYAMA !!!

This coffee shop is convenient for meeting someone or taking a short break. It is small and relaxed but with quick and friendly staff. I like how they make ice/hot latte. The place is also quite comfortable to sit and rest with a view of the yachts.

SipN' Cafe was the first Cafe in Dubai I tried. I was in the area early mrng and most of the shops were closed. I was trying to find some place to get a tea/coffee. I had to walk around a bit until I found this place. The place is really nice and located near the walkway with beautiful views. Have their own seating and staff is also friendly. I went with a karak chai which was piping hot(just the way I like it). Definitely recommend the place if you want to sit with your friends or by yourself enjoying the view, your drink & snack and they do have a music on the background ????.

Stunning views while you sip some fine coffee. I had the Spanish Iced Latte and it was spot on.

Wrong order.
Cold meat
And food was not fresh.
Fresh juice was good
Weather didint speak a good english...
Bad expérience.

Stopped by to buy water, the owner was sitting nearby and recommended I try to cold brew Spanish Late

Surprisingly delicious and smooth

Staff were very friendly, nice to see the business owner greeting guests and being friendly
