The employees wasn't very friendly, she was slightly rude and impatient. I wouldn't recommend shopping here. The bigger store on ground floor was better and I made a purchase there instead. Please make sure ur staff have better customer service. The lady who served me today wasn't not approachable at all. Not a good look on this store

The SA - Hossam was not quite helpful, I asked about the price of a Cartier Santos steel bracelet and he told me that it’s ranging from 700AED to 1,500AED. I feel like he wasn’t really paying attention to what I was inquiring about and I had reiterated that I want the cost for the STEEL BRACELET. I have high expectations from the staff that work in this brand but i’m just really disappointed.

Regulary overcralwed with lines waiting in front of the doors, it is much better to get an appointment to avoid waiting. INside the shop is very nice, and they have much more items available than in Europe. We received also a very good and helpfull service and perfectfollow up the personal here. Thank you.

The workers are a bit arrogant. As if you are a beggar, and they are millionaires. I bought a bracelet for my birthday, they never give any small gifts. Although I have a great story in the store. In other countries they always give some kind of present for memory which you cant buy in the store. Here you will not be given anything as a present. The store itself is of course chic. And the products are the most beloved. But change the policy of the store in terms of small presents.

This review is mainly for Darine / Dareen (sorry if i mis-spelled the name), an AMAZING sales lady in the grand atrium branch, was so nice and very helpful, down to earth. When she knew the Tank watch is my first Cartier, she wrapped it in a BEAUTIFUL gift wrapping made me feel not to open it ????. Ask about her if you go, as I also had bad experience before with other sales people in that branch. Thanks a lot Darine ! You really gave me a special Cartier experience :)

I am very disappointed with the service, I was at the Dubai Mall today from Fashion Avery, I went to the cartier to find out if it is possible to change the size of my ring because I chose a large size, this women she looks like a Chinese or a Filipina narrow eyes , she then answered my request, laughed at me and was very rude, despite the fact that this is a high-class Cartier and in no case should habal people work like that! I warned her, I said, calm down and talk politely, but this did not stop her, I will tell the truth, not only did she raise her voice and at the same time there was a very unpleasant smell from her mouth, I could not continue with her. a shame! such people should be sent to several trainings in etiquette and customer service! I am disappointed !!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately i had the worst experience ever when i walked into the Cartier boutique. i wanted a consultation since i was going to buy my first love bracelet and i wanted to compare sizes and colors and see what fits. They were extremely arrogant and nobody was helping. A lebanese woman with lip fillers “greeted” at me the door and was sighing and looking at me up and down the whole time. i was asking her for a consultation and she was on her phone not even responding to me. She was texting and ignoring me. I am extremely upset because i travelled to Dubai just to get the love bracelet from this branch. But i changed my mind after the extremely awful and poor treatment. I’ve been to other Cartier branches in the world and i know the treatment in this boutiqe was definitely not the Cartier standard at all.
