The way they play with the colors creates a very happy moment as soon as you enter the store. Other then paintings and art, items are quite big to order and take along with you.

Very disappointed with the Lady who was working in the shop yesterday, July 30, 2023 (Sunday) around 6:46 pm at Dubai Mall. Me and my boyfriend was mesmerized by the artworks displayed since all of them was very attractive so we decided to went inside. Another lady even asked my bf to take photo of her. After the lady left and the other guy whom the Staff was attending to, She suddenly told us no Photo allowed. Very discriminating staff ???? so, we are only allowed to take photos if we buy an item? Please train your staff to be more approachable nextime. I was not able to get her but name but she was the only one working there.

Great showroom and nice art pieces. Great selection of Alex Monopoly arts.
Also some Kracov's are shown in the gallery.
Price level, even in Dubai, is very very high and unattractive to buy art in this shop.
Compared to Eden gallery in New York or other places, this one is very "cold" and without atmosphere...
Staff war friendly and helpful.

This was surely great experience. We come there just because it was very nicely looking showroom. The overall experience was just great. Art was breathtaking and personnel was very nice. There is even bar to enjoy the artwork but we really liked the showroom. There is not much good spots to just see in the Dubai Mall but this is surely one of them.

Not for the first time has my visit her been shall we say ' a let down'.once upon a time they were actually quite good at customer service.now 'just attitude' dont they train their staff any more or is that the way they train them now..its the company i work for who hire from them but its me on the coal face so from my perspective..they suck..
