During my visit to Casa Pons, I was served by a helpful and knowledgeable lad named Nidhal. He was attentive, courteous, and eager to assist me with any questions or concerns I had about the products. His friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and comfortable in the shop, and he was happy to share his expertise on the different types of honey available.

The shop itself is charming and well-stocked, and you can spend a delightful afternoon browsing their selection. I was impressed by the wide range of honey varieties available, from the light and floral Acacia honey to the rich and complex Chestnut honey. Amazing store! Super friendly service. We tried almost everything in sight ????

The dried fruits are excellent with no sugar added. And I can also highly recommend the natural honeys. They are so unique and medicinal you can feel them begin to work right away

Great salesmen who are con artists, bought a box of barquillo an overpriced big box with hardly anything inside when opened. SCAM STAY AWAY, OVERPRICED - RIP OFF

This is ripoff central. Avoid at all costs. They Use distraction techniques to lull customers into complacency. Items do not have prices written on them and they offer free baklava to distract while ringing up the final bill.
Also casapons please do not copy paste your responses to this review from previous canned responses

Yummy, very yummy hot chocolate. Nicely prepared with care and artistic touch. The chocolate nuts also added make it a nice combination. Loved it ????☕

Make sure to check for molds before buying dried fruits, bought some dried fruits and when I went to pay I’ve noticed a bad smell from one of the packets (apricots) and when I checked it it was filled with mold and was rotten and smelled awful, I’ve informed the cashier and employees who didn’t even bother to remove the batch they were offering to clients and we just ended up cancelling our order, they did not even apologize.

Delicious chocolates and the hot chocolate drink.
Please ask your staff at your Expo City counter to smile at customers or at least show a pleasant face. Had the same experience from the counter during Expo 2020. Why so tough faced?!
