The 1300AED dress start pealing off just by wearing it at home once, terrible quality and customer service. they refused to refund it after 24hours.

Bought two items each over 1000 dirham, expected they would last more than one wear. The one romper is pilling and snagging and the dress the seams are coming out... so much for quality.

Poor pricing management during sales. Tags are wrong and they don’t take responsibility of their error (other than saying that they will have to pay it from their pocket).
