I recently dined at this restaurant and had the opportunity to try their mix kebab. While the service provided by the team and staff was exceptional, I must admit that the overall dining experience left me less than impressed.

To start with, the fresh salad and baked bread was good, but the soup, hoping for a flavorful and satisfying appetizer. Unfortunately, it turned out to be rather dull and tasteless, lacking the robust flavors I was expecting. This was disappointing, as a good soup can set the tone for the rest of the meal.

Moreover, the drink that was initially served to me was of poor quality. After consuming more than half of it, the waiter approached me and offered a replacement, apologizing for serving a bad drink. I appreciate their swift response, but it's disconcerting that such a faulty drink was served in the first place. The experience left me uncertain about the quality control standards in the establishment.

Moving on to the main dish, the mix kebab, it fared relatively better than the previous items. The flavors were decent, and the meat was cooked well. However, the main dish accompanying lemon was a letdown. It appeared to be old, lacking freshness, and the lemon and cucumber slices looked as if they had been reused from another dish. This attention to detail was disappointing and affected the overall presentation and taste of the dish.

Despite my disappointment with the food, I cannot emphasize enough the excellent service provided by the friendly and professional staff. They were attentive and accommodating throughout my visit, which greatly contributed to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant.

In conclusion, while the team and staff of this restaurant were impressive, I found the food to be lackluster. The soup lacked flavor, the initial drink was below standard, and the main dish salad seemed old and poorly assembled. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a more consistently satisfying dining experience for their customers.

As the restaurant is iranian , you can’t ignore the comparison with the competitors , the food is average , especially i have ordered the iranian signature mix grilled ! No complications in the order ! the kebab was good ,other skewers was below than average, ,and no taste for soup ,despite of all that , i can tell the service that I have received from the staff was superior.

Experienced their iftar buffet during Ramadan 2023. Decent pread with iranian kebas and tikkas. Biriyani, roti and some curries also additional. Desserts section was limited

Absolutely the greatest restaurant in the area. best quality with best prices, highly recommend Caspian!

We stopped here because it was near our hotel, reviews encouraged us and it was good choice and because our visit was succeasfull we visited this restaurant several more times.

Firstly we tried grilled meat plate for two. this was magic, different types of meats in different spices. I think this plate would be enough even for three personas.

At another visit we had tried shawerma which is very tasty and ultra cheap. You can order shawerma from street or sit inside.

We also had fried shrimps they were good, and deck of meat for one person which was also very good.

I mostly recommend chicken meat with curry-like spices and lamb meat.

For all the meals you get free water, breads, snacks in for of vegetables. we highly recommend to order butter milk and ask for tea.

Always during our visit we feelt very comfortable, staff is friendly and polite. They will recommend you how to configure your meal and do everything to makes your feel best.

I think this restaurant is brilliant. price, quality, size and the whole climate in local with the reasonable price makes for me this restaurant at my top. I will definitely back here again when I am in Dubai

The best meat kebab I've ever had in my life! Nothing else comes close. Every time I'm in Dubai I make it a point to eat it twice. Once when I land and another time just before I leave. I try to tell everyone I know about this place because food like this should never be gatekept.

If you ever get the chance to visit please order: Meat Koobideh and the Iranian buttermilk (Doogh).

Absolutely spectacular. Great value. We had the hummus and Bulgarian kebab. It is made of meat and chicken mince. Probably the best kebab I have ever had in my life. So succulent and flavourful. Service was great too. Only thing is I thought the soup was a little greasy. But amazing food, will definitely go back.

Fantastic food. We had mixed grill, lamb shank, hummus, salad. Just delicious. One of the best I have had in Dubai. We will definitely come back here. Good service. You get free soup and salad with the meal and a free tea at the end. Just to complete a perfect meal.

Huge portions, very reasonably priced and good, fresh food. We were given free soup, tea and salads. The service was excellent and the decor in the restaurant is tasteful

Excellent community/neighbourhood library. Unfortunately over the past decade its hours have been cut and it lost a room so things are going backwards. Temperature is generally too warm, but the staff are friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant & helpful staff! Never a problem finding a book you want!!
It's always a pleasure to visit this library due to the lovely people there!
What more can I say? Still a great library & staff!

Small, friendly library as part of the school & leisure centre complex. Good selection of children's books. You can order in books from the wider Fife libraries collection too. There are a few public computers, not really a library for studying in.

Good for children but not useful for much else as its quite possibly the noisiest library I have ever been in. Came to study for exams but would've been better off at home. Both staff and people using the library were very loud. Would come back with my little girl though

Helpful and friendly staff, small library but what isn't in stock can be quickly ordered from across Fife. I like the displays of books if you are lacking inspiration for a read, great touch.
