The shop was good and had a variety of items in snacks and sweets. But there were two issues I.e.
1. Some of the stuff was expired and the lady at the counter was trying to give an excuse that it's has expired only a month ago.

2. The shopkeepes were not very welcoming and it felt like they don't care much about the customer satisfaction. It was my first time so I was expecting a better customer dealing.

This review is not to set a bad image. Your products are good. Please work on your way of dealing with the customers. It will help you increase your customer return.

I visited yesterday. I asked them for a plate of Patra, Samosa, Khandvi. For each item they packed different quantities depending on much stock is left to be finished, without asking me. The taste is good but the store is very pricey. For same price you can get more better Quantity, Packing and service.
Not worth the price.

Excellent shop for all Indian food stuff. Dry snacks, fried fresh snacks, Indian sweets, evening munchies, packed n fresh, juices, cordials, pickles, frozen foods.
Excellent customer service..this branch in Karama.
If u enter to buy 2 items, trust me u will buy 10

2 stars just because you get Indian farsan and chocolates in this shop, the quality of food has very much deteriorated and hygene is a biggest issue, specially the lady at the counter, as mentioned by everyone else very rude, intitially when the shop was started the lady was very polite, people should never forget their roots, somehow had to happen to eat kothimbir vadi at my friends place yesterday from regal plus qusais branch, and i found a big strand of hair from the vadi, this is a major concern about the basic hygene.

This sweet shop was my first choice for all my sweets need for all the occasions in Dubai until this Diwali (last week). But this Diwali visit was my last to this shop. When I visited the shop, with my kids for Diwali sweet shopping I was shocked to see utter arrogance from the staff. The lady at the cash counter ( who called herself a customer expert) was on top of her arrogance level ! Believe me, in my 2 decades of stay in this country, I have never experienced such arrogance from any shop worker/owner. This lady was rudely rejecting the orders from the customers who were requesting for half kg or 1 kg of loose sweets, because her staff was busy packing some big orders!!!. There is nothing wrong in saying it that may take time to deliver order since all the staff are busy, but the method of conveying message was terribly unacceptable. Her reaction to other customers in the shop, including a driver ( who came to pick up an order for his boss) was nothing but rude and insensitive.
Owners must not forget their early days in this city, how they used to greet customers. The brand is here only because of the customers – the same customers who the lady was discouraging to shop in her shop. Customer is the king they say! Wonder if it’s still holds truth!

Worst experience… yesterday I took thepla from their store which was spoiled and stinking… when informed them in message their reply was to refund and nothing much… no concern for customers health… yesterday at store itself my frd complained them of having sand in their thepla even then they didn’t notice the matter and just ignored her…very rude behavior and they r quite rude even when they send orders… last time when I ordered vada pav she sent bill for dhabeli when asked she says I am done with vadapav so sending dhabeli… don’t you chk with client what they want before sending … not at all happy with their service and food????

I bought once undhiyu as we like so much and they announced on WhatsApp for freshly made Undhiyu.

We almost buy snacks from there only and we liked it also
Though for this recipes I think I must give review.

It was really bad, taste wise it was soo garlicky, the vadi inside was unbreakable and dry. This is not certainly surti taste. And it should be more veggies with different type which use to put in and not more curry type.
And the price Aed 35 for half Kg way far high compared to taste and the ways it has prepared.

Caution all. I went to buy Diwali sweets and was overcharged. They r very unprofessional and not genuine. The lady at cash counter is big big liar and very rude. She charged me 79dhs for just 5 gujiyas. They don't have barcodes on any sweets so that they can mislead customers. All staff will give different different prices but when we go and pay that extra smart lady will charge way more than the actual price.
