One of the CAT outlet in Burjuman, Dubai.

Situated at the 2nd floor in Burjuman Mall.
Usually not that much crowded.
Parking is available at the basement of mall, free of cost.
They are having variety of options in collections as Shoes, top wear, bottoms etc…
Customer service is good.
They are accepting cash and card also.

This store partilarly has great collections and hence you get a lot of options to choose from.
Mr. Jeam assisted me, once i told him what exactly was i picturizing, he got me something that exactly fit!
He’s all ears to customers and really supportive.

To, Al Garawi Group.

When i first Time visit here there is have a worst Keralite Sales man. I know his name very well. I didn’t mention his name. I can’t forget he’s behavior. His talk Like Caterpillar CEO. His Customer dealing is very Poor. He argument with us. Dear Al Garawi Group, if u see this review, must Warn him and First do Train him how to Talk with customer...
everywhere saying "Customer is king" . But In CAT Showroom Burjuman "Customer is Nothing".

Stay away at all cost!!! Fake imports posing as the real thing. Very disappointed

Very disappointed! Were there last time 6 months ago and bought a big suitcase. Costumer service was very good back then. The seller just turn away to help another customer, while he were suppose to help us. I bought my trolley somewhere else and since the costumer service were bad in the other store located in ghurair mall I won't spend a penny in Caterpillar stores anymore!

This store avails more variety and sizes of CAT shoes than other CAT store.
I found what I needed easily with the help of cooperative sales staff.
CAT shall also import Brode shoes for
Men in UAE.

Spoke with them on the phone and I thought Its a pet store and they told me yes, I asked for Anti Odor Neutralizer for Cats and they said (yes we do have). After I reached the place, it tend to be Caterpillar store ????, however bad and wrong customer service, they made me come all the way.
