I purchased black colour shoes from this store 8 days back. At that time the size was not available so they said that you can make the payment now we will get this shoe size for you in next 4 to 5 days. Then just to be on the safe side I asked them to give me another formal shoe to confirm the size. Then after wearing I asked them will the shoe size is same as like the other one. They said yes. Then I confirmed the order. Then I went after few days shoe came, it was tight from the corners so i told them the exact area from where it was tight then they to come after some time they will open the shoe for me. So I went today(22nd Aug 2022) It was again tight from the corners. Then I said let me choose some other product. Then with maximum shoes there was size issue. So I requested them to either provide me the size or return me my money. The people there were very rude, they said we won't return the money and then I had no option then i choose another shoe which was not at all good. It was on 40% off and my last shoe I bought it was 30%off even exact same price before discount. Even after saying so many time they didn't give me the 10% Discount which I deserved.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THERE ANY MORE.

I unfortunately bought a shoe from this store in Burjman mall. Their staff gave me a shoe which was having a pain in my finger. Their staff had mentioned that it will go in 2 or 3 days as the shoe becomes widened but it did not recovered. When I went back to return the shoe, they did not took it back despite of the bill with me. This was pure unproffessional behaviour from their end. I strongly recomend not to buy shoes from them.
