If it was upto me I wouldn’t even give this single star the kind of behavior I encounter at Dubai mall branch I am not a sensitive person at all n easily let go things but the staff there sure has some serious ignorance and attitude problem specially there was a guy he literally yelled at me when I was checking out stuff near the counter he yelled and said get in the line high pitch whereas most of the customers I saw came directly at the counter irrespective is this the way to talk to a customer? I mean after today there is no way I am going there but tell them to behave properly don’t expect them to smile atleast be respectful I didn’t go there to beg and ur staff treats customers differently there was lady before me roaming around n I was going to skincare ur staff was extra nice n stuff greeted her with smile though she didn’t need her help and then the female staff just turned around n walked away basic manners cannot be taught but they r representing ur brand which they r destroying it

The service in the store itself was good, I felt well-advised in the luggage department, and the goods are of good quality, but there was a male cashier with a ponytail that had just no manners. I'm not sensitive, but there was this obvious (by gesture and words) arrogance and that gives you the strong feeling someone looks down on you. I have to write it because this is not what I'm used to in Dubai.
