A sensible place to buy mid range watches. They have an extensive collection of different brands as you will see from the pics - I can't write too much of a review of a watch shop so I took a lot of pics ????????????and IMPORTANTLY also a very supportive service centre. The person attending for a regular watch repair was very courteous and helpful. Prices may not be the cheapest but they have a good collection. Do give them a visit; especially if you have mid range (Raymond Weil, Seiko, Armani etc) watches to fix. Plus some good Garmin watches

They sold me a defective watch, then when I went for a replacement the sales person outright lied and said it was not like that. Thank god we had the proof as a picture. Beware of such fraud watch companies selling fake/defective things. On top of that they will do all kinds of scam to steal money from customers. Worst watch buying experience.

A lady that works at night on the 12th of June literally fired us after we've been 10 minutes in the shop waiting for her, and said were about to close at 10:30PMwithout even asking us to come back tomorrow or ask us what we need! Bad customer service.

Bobit in Dubai mall branch is very helpful & very supportive.
He did his job in a very proper way.
He is respectful guy & I can give him the full score in any review.
I did the another review & I gave him 8 or 9 by mistake but he deserved the full score which is 10.
