Pleasent atmosphere, calm and nice place to have a quiet dinner, good food and service and pricy as you would expect a hotel restaurant to be.
Overall great dinner!

I did the ladies night last Tuesday Certo Dubai 149aed with 3 drinks or the same for men but 1 drink. The Diavola was sooo good and loved the Italian cheeses and pork charcuterie board! The pizza is unlimited and made in a woodfired oven. Overall chilled and not too loud. The singer was brilliant!

3 stars now and as I will return soon.. I am sure there will be one more star next time. Staff and chef were listening to observations and comments from clients. To start with, all the ingredients were of the highest quality, from vegetable to seafood and meat. Starter variety and quality were absolutely top. Amazing seafood skewers. Unfortunately, a great beef meat was cooked in too high flame and temperature and tasted bitter from burned surface. Pasta almost overcooked as pre-cooked. But sauce was tasty. Desert was a disappointment. Complimentary desert from chef was really good. Nice choice of wine, prosecco and cocktails. We will return and taste again....

Certo, located inside the west tower of the Raddison Blue - Media City is a typical hotel restaurant offering a simple but convinient Italian food menu. The interior is stylish yet relaxed focusing on special events for business lunches and ladies night every Tuesday - offering three complimentary drinks, unlimited pizza, and antipasti for AED 149. The food is okay with the rissoto, antipasti and fruit platter being the recommeded dishes.

The establishment has a very nice ambience due to the wine room feature.
It was a relaxing experience with dimmed lighting, relaxed music and great food.

We went for the quattro formaggi pizza and the diavola pizza.
All with all great taste and good size.

Happy to come back.

I am back here with my family trying the new Festa Di Famiglia ( Saturday Family Brunch) now you can start your meal in buffet style, assorted Italian antipasti, buffet kids and adults love , main course serve into your table . The meat platter and seafood skewers are really good. Pasta live cooking is there too. Desserts buffet and also some more desserts serve into your table. Play area for kids and also Pizza making class. Highly recommended for family weekend brunch.

The waiter I had did such a tremendous Job. Being trained myself as a waiter but never actually entering the field, I watched his every move. His skills at not only our table and other tables was so professional I felt like I was in a movie. The food was brilliant. The complimentary bread was so delicious and the pizza and pasta was great. Couldn't have asked for a better evening.

Absolutely disgusting parents. Having to be stopped going on the pitch, threatening the ref and extremely bad sportsmanship. Should be ashamed. For an u14s game as well.
