I Had a nice stay, the stay was calm and quiet.

The breakfast and the food are perfect.. the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Swostika who kept wearing her large smile throughout the whole breakfasts.

Amazing hotel with the best guest service ever. Special thanks to stephen for his professional service. Nice pool on top with a great view. Room service is amazing

It's very nice place to visit this hotel and the service is very good.... I had breakfast and i have served by staff name called vamshi who served us good and very friendly with the customer and gave guarded us very nicely... It was very good to have here. The staff members are very polite and good at service provider... Do visit and have fun.

For sure it will be the first and last time. It was difficult to find the room, even the bill guy couldn’t find it (the room was 4th floor but u have to be going first to the 2nd floor and only then to the 4th one). The pool was small and dirty. No one informed us that the only restaurant will be closed because of renovation so we had to go out for our dinner. The reception people should not be surprised and they should offer us help: in fact we could stay at the hotel and just get some food from the bar. Our table in the bar was not clean although we were probably their first guests. Lack of bum gun in the bathroom in the room. When the checkout time arrived, got a call from reception. They didn’t call to offer extension of the stay – rather to confirm we will be out ASAP.

Exceptional and offering a nice stay with peace of mind. Very clean facilities and very helpful staff. The customer service team are also great.
The breakfast service team members like Swotika and Nofita offers great customer service. They need to be treasured by the Hotel Management.
Overall, everything was very great.

Amazing hotel and service was also exceptional. Good atmosphere. Rooms are so tidy and clean. Food was very delicious and I will surely come back soon!

Nice stay at this hotel, excellent service (thanks Steven for the help) with smiling and helpful staff. Clean rooms and generally quiet. The bars are also pretty cool. Good location near the marina.

Exceptional stay and located in very close proximity to the Dubai Metro. The receptionist (Matilda) was outstanding and very professional during check-in. The amenities are excellent as is the breakfast served (starting at 0630). Overall, a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel, 5 stars without a doubt!
