I'd just like to thank the hard working staff of this practice, they are great, also parkfields surgery too, I have nothing but praise for these 2 surgeries, from reception staff, through to doctors and nurses, so thank you all so much for all the care you've all provided to me so far, I'm so grateful and I highly recommend these surgeries to anybody looking for primary care well done and thanks again

Only been with this practice a month and are absolutely caring and compassionate. From doctors to reception staff all doing a terrific job .I should of moved to this practice years ago .

Took elderly Mother for spring booster. There was a queue. Its not ideal at 92 with severe arthritis to have to stand.

Over 50mins wait on phone to be told no appointments! 3 days in a row, I only want test results! Why not just send non urgent test results in writing and stop wasting peoples time!
