I absolutely love going to Paulo for my haircuts! As my stylist for nearly two years now, he consistently pays close attention to every detail and always delivers great results. What impresses me most about Paulo is his ability to create natural-looking hairstyles, which isn't always easy to achieve. He truly has an eye for what suits his clients best. I am so happy with his work that I will continue to be a regular customer for as long as I can. I visited CHALK salon last week and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff, including talented hair stylist Franc, were friendly and skilled. I'm very pleased with my fresh haircut and would definitely return and recommend Franc and CHALK salon.

From start to finish, my experience with Francois was nothing short of exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

He takes the time to carefully listen to my preferences and understand the look I am aiming for. His attention to detail and precision are remarkable, as he flawlessly executed each cut and trim with finesse.

Moreover, the salon itself is clean, stylish, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. I appreciated the attention to hygiene and safety protocols, which made me feel at ease during these uncertain times.

It was my first time at Chalk and I LOVED it. I went for a haircut and blow dry. They were very accommodating with a private room for ladies and a lovely hair stylist named Ikhlas. From the hair washing to the cut and the styling, the team was very careful with my hair and makeup while washing too. I absolutely loved the outcome and the overall customer journey! And they also have valet parking :)
Definitely going back again! I just wish they offered some kind of classes by their stylists on how to style your own hair!

My hair is very long. I haven’t been to a hair dresser in 5 years after multiple bad experiences.
Did a hair cut with Bashar and he’s honestly super knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do with my hair texture. I came in not expecting much but the results blew my mind in a great way! Thank you

For hair salon this place is amazing, for nails and eyebrows it can get better,

I came to do my nails and they let me know when I am already there that the lady who does dry pedicure and manicure is off and when I wanted to rebook they said that she is about to deliver so she only can make manicure ????????.

Then after finishing the pedicure I had pain in my toe and the technician said that it will go by itself and put on me fusedine which is an antibiotic without asking me!!

I came back to do my eyebrows to find that it’s the same lady who did my pedicure and she was pretty rude when I told her that my toe still hurting, her response was come back after three weeks ????????????

So I asked the reception if I want to make a complaint what can I do and they told me to speak with the manager who said to me that he will let the management know.

I recently visited Chalk Saloon for a hair coloring and blow dry session with Ikhlas, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Ikhlas was attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted. The coloring process was done with care and precision, and I was thrilled with the final result. My hair looked shiny and healthy! Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Chalk Saloon and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional salon experience. I'll definitely be back!

I wish I could rate them zero , I bought 3 items was unable to go back and return them as my husband didn’t like them I went to Windsor store with my sister and she took them in to return unfortunately my receipt was missing , they’ve been rude and said they can’t do anything without receipt, okay understandable situation i luckly found the original receipt and took the clothes back absolutely disgusting attitude by a guy telling me he is a manager got piercing on his face I can’t remember his name all over literally insulted me and told me he can’t let me even exchange the sizes or offer me a gift card or exchange them with something different… Windsor store staff is horrible horrible horrible this was on 21st /May/2023 around 3 o’clock and then I called high Wycombe store where I purchased these items and they said he is not even the manager total karen !!!!

For my wife....Great selection of apparel at good prices....and there are seats for the guys (or girls!) to sit down whilst waiting for their other halves to try things on ????????????????....unlike in Zara, to name but one.

Went quite early in the morning, looked around picked up a few bits then had to wave down an member of staff to serve me! Their were about 3 members of staff stand at the front of the store having a chat! Loved my shoes!

Very disapointed with the service and attitude of the River Island store in Windsor. l had puchased some clothes from the store and due to covid was unable to go back till today to return 2 items that stiill had the tags and labels attatched and I had my original receipt .The floor manager Amye said that she was unwilling to allow me to exchange the items, obtain a credit note or refund my money .....utterly shocked when she said if l came yesterday they would have been able to refund my purchase..considering the current situation concerning covid and the ability of people being able to go out, l am very disappointed in the service l received and the attitude of the floor manager not showing any consideration to the epidemic restrictions that we are all facing ....

Customer service in Windsor branch leaves much to be desired.

Store is due to close at 6pm, and they are turning away customers in a rude manner before 6pm.

Potential sale lost. Note to management, speak to your staff that were on duty 19/08/2021.

They most definitely should not be customer facing with attitudes like they demonstrated today
