I always get my Chanel fragrances from the Mirdif city center branch as it is the closest to me however I absolutely dislike the staff. They are very dry and not helpful at all, except for Catalina, she is amazing. Overall, it’s not crowded and has everything although it’s small.

By far the worst and pathetic store to visit. There is an Ethiopian stuff (don’t know the name) who was not even interested in assisting the customer, on top of that when my mom asked her about some product and was really interested in buying it, the staff was acting super rude (told my mom she should have done more homework regarding her concealer) and did not even bother if she is loosing a customer (hence why the store always seems to be empty). I think Chanel should train their staff on how to behave with clients.

I would rather go shop in Sephora or other competitors as they respect and give time to customers rather than the Chanel store in MCC.
Either ways no one will read this or take any actions regarding the same.

So i visited this store of chanel in mirdiff and the lady ninsiima , despite asking her to match the shade she gave attitude and went back to cater to the emiratis because racism and surprisingly i came before than them .coz they feel they get more business than them.never going back to this store again. Where they dont treat everyone equally

The staff is extremely rude! Nasimi especially but even the other guy was very rude. First of all it took them ages to assist customers for only one thing and then when I was shopping on my own she did not let me pick the foundation and started telling me you need to wait and only I can give you the foundation. I dont have all day I was waiting there but she could assist another customer meanwhile all I asked for was a foundation shade that I had already selected. I have been using chanel brand since the past 20 years! But unfortunately because of the staff now you’ve lost a customer, I would rather shop somewhere else but go there to be insulted this way

The staff was extremely Rude when we asked for help ! waited more than 30 minutes to get assisted by Khalid , and then khalid refused to wrap the perfumes as gifts and told us to add more items we did add 2 more items only to tell us he is going to put them in the smallest box , and asked us again to add more items !! zero stars

The service and the staff are not at all interested in the clients and are all hiding in the back room. I was served by Ninsiima and was was just rushing me to pay and get out of the store and i had to ask for other products as she was not promoting anything and not even interested to talk. Best service definitely in Dubai mall store

On both to the airport and the return trips, each of the drivers were prompt, efficient and courteous. The vehicles lovely, clean and big, this really enhanced our holiday experience. Thank you

Perfect service! The driver arrived more than on time. I received an email when he was on his way as well as his details to contact him if needed. I highly recommend them, especially for an early ride to the airport!

Needed a car to pick up my family at the airport in 24 hours and was given very prompt service and good communication throughout the entire transaction. Pricing is reasonable and staff are very friendly. Will use again!

Taxi met me at airport and the driver was extremely helpful and on time and efficient. Communication was excellent. I found the company friendly and professional. Great service. Delighted customer.

Valdis was not only able to help me out of a tricky situation by picking up my nieces while I was in A&E with my daughter, but politely messaged all information and let me know when they had met. The girls told me he was super friendly and offered lots of information about Bristol on their journey. Thank you.

I booked for my daughter to be picked up at an out of town wedding venue - a 30 minute journey for £46. I contacted the company to move the pick up to 55 minutes earlier (11pm) and this was easy and I was reassured that the driver would phone my daughter. The driver arrived on time and texted my daughter. I contacted the driver to say could he wait so as to ensure she got home safely whilst I tried to phone her above the noise of the music. He replied T&C meant he would wait 5 minutes only. Luckily I got hold of her and she was in the car within the 5 minutes. I would have willing paid an excess had it taken me longer to get hold of her but I didn't like that he was rigid about the wait tim and unconcerned about my daughter's safety. I think the T&C are too rigid in only allowing a 5 minute wait time. Next time I will pick her up myself as this has reinforced my fear taxis are not safe.

I can only reply to the company's response by editing here. I acknowledged that the company were flexible. I was not aware of the driver arriving 10 minutes early - the email I received was 5 minutes early (which anyway is irrelevant). I asked if the driver would be willing to go inside he refused and I accepted his refusal although there were not 100s of guests - more like 50 even so I thought his refusal reasonable. I stated a friend needed to be dropped off in my booking and given my daughter arrived back 25 minutes after pick up do not believe they spent 10 minutes driving around (journey time on google maps is 30-40 minutes for trip). It feels like this company exaggerates when they get a bad review which is a shame. The issue is that I asked the driver if he was willing to wait and he said he would only wait the 5 minutes as per the T&C - after which the implication was my daughter would be stranded - I would have paid extra if necessary. I do not understand the reply statement that the driver offered to wait but I refused - it makes no sense. My only issue with the company is that he would only wait 5 mintues as per T&C.
