Durable and high quality workout clothes with great styles/design. My only complaint is that some of their items are a bit overpriced for the quality that you get but other items are well made. The store also runs complimentary morning yoga classes on Friday's and Saturday's across all locations which is pretty awesome ????????????

I ordered online and they gave me a defective jacket! Tried to communicate over the phone and email but customer service agent is not helpful at all. After many times attempting to get a response, THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO RESPOND BACK. So stressful!

I had a return item. Paid full price and bought 2 days prior at Dubai mall. Came to mcc because it’s near to me and I was in a hurry do to traveling the next day. The sales woman (name starts with R) said she needed approval by her manager (name starts with M) who wasn’t there. She then said after 20min he’s not answering then proceeded to say he told her only store credit is allowed which isn’t mentioned in their Return policy. So I insisted I get the same mode of payment I used at purchase like the receipt says. She said no sorry not allowed and then I call Dubai mall branch and the manager says it is allowed. I then wait a total of 1hr with two kids under 3years of age until the Mirdif branch manager replies to her because she lied in the beginning saying he told her only store credit. She then proceeds to flirt with two local men while I’m waiting. Disgusting customer service. Dubai mall branch were very helpful and made the return happen. Don’t shop here, because u won’t get a return if you need one.

Don't get me wrong I'm not giving a bad review for the quality for the clothes, but on one of the service advisor on this specific store, city centre Mirdiff Dubai . I had a terrible experience with one of the service advisor who was very pushy and aggressive. For instance he did not want to give size 8 instead of 6 (while I know I'm between two sizes), and I had to really insist to have it (I can receive some advice but here it was very agressive). He was speaking arabic in front of me, obviously not saying nice things because I was giving back some clothes. He was speaking very loud, making bad jokes, was not polite at all. I'm sorry but when you go to Lululemon , you except at least a good level of service, giving the quality and the price of the clothes.
I'm not expecting any justification or response, I'm posting it here so you can change the behaviour of this person. Thanks.

My friend used to go almost every week to get items from Lululemon mirdif and when he had a complain regarding the quality of one of the products he bought and he wanted to exchange because of this reason, the manager didn't even bother to assist him in a proper way. He's a loyal costumer is not possible that he received such a treatment, plus Lululemon is well known for its persue of the best quality for athletic gear (thats why you accept their prices).
