Compared to other Indian restaurants I felt it’s little expensive. We had Panner tikka and roti..
Pani puri not worth for the price
Visited during Diwali season so sweets are in display but I don’t like the quality

I wanted to share how wonderful the customer support was at Chatori Gali.
This afternoon, there was a mix up on my order and after I WhatsApped the complaint number, I received a call from their office and they apologized and even sent a delicious meal to my home! I appreciate the sincerity, positive customer experience and as always, great food!

Poor food quality and extremely poor service. The food items are priced very high but the quality and service is really low, infact poor. They took more than 15 mins just to get a tawa roti and all this while, 2 of the chefs were literally away from their spot gossiping with a 3rd person. We also ordered dahi tikki and gatte ki sabzi and the food gave me stomach pain and acidity throughout the night. Chocolate milk shake was nothing but sugary milk with some cocoa powder and it was white in colour. Per person cost was 50 aed and it was so not worth it.

3 paratha 50 dhs..50dhs.... the most expensive paratha and the size of paratha is little bigger then small puri... with soney ki zari chadha hua.. chola bhatura 34 dhs..34 dhs. and on top that there is a topping of extra charges 2.5 dhs for packaging if u r going for take away.... Bikanerwala chola bhathura is half the price if ur visiting them normal time... and if u visit before 11 am they charge only 12....Bikernerwala is much better with ambience.. food.. quantity.. price.. taste and staff...this was my first time and big dissapointment... plz find Bikernerwala nearby and make ur life happy..... chatori loot galli not recommended.

They serve amazing Jalebi. This is one of the best Jalebis available in Dubai. We have been eating it for many years . I didn’t try anything else there . But we just take away Jalebies from here. But they are kind people.
