Very disappointing to deal with. The building manager said to our agent that we will meet with him to get one of their units. He set up the meeting place and time but did not show up on the day of our meet up. He said he had an emergency in the hospital (this we understood if there had been an emergency), but to our dismay, the guard said that all 1BHK units are all taken and not available anymore (on the day of our meeting), we had submitted all our documents day before our meet up since it was a family building, get our cheques ready and meet him. How did that happen in the first place? It was not even a day passed yet since we had set the meeting and when we got there, all 1BHK were all taken and not available? SO UNBELIEVABLE AND DISAPPOINTING. The frustration of choosing, checking, inspecting flats in Dubai is not that easy. Hope this one gets resolved! Still, all the best but won’t be dealing with them ever again.

Al raha building specially designed for offices of companies and property dealers. Its a few steps away from mall of emirates. The speciality of this place is, that theres a separate parking for insiders. In the hub of dubai its well known and papuler building in area

Very chill place to live, clean & quiet.

Beautiful swimming pool, functioning gym although I'd love if there was at least one equipment for leg day (either leg press machine or leg extension machine)
