The overall ambience of the restaurant is pleasant.
Despite the limited space, they are managing it well.
The customer service personnel are friendly and helpful.

The masala dosa and sambar are excellent.
Feel and taste like a keralite restaurant.

The team is performing admirably overall. They are appreciative.

The manager was very rude, i had ordered a pomegranate juice when i went to receive my order and handed it over to me for watermelon juice , i just tasted the juice and returned to the counter in a very humble gesture ????

The manager has to listen to me and return the amount difference in the juices, but he starts blaming me 0 customer support, never ever seen customer service like thi , even Pakistan chapati county is more humble the. This manager ,

Staff understand my point and return the money

It's not about the money, it's about the attitude of that guy he is working like he is a king and he can say anything to any one

Our each weekends starts here.The taste and ambience is outstanding. The major issue is the space of the restaurant as its very difficult to fetch a table especially on weekends.

One of the best Vegetarian Restaurants in the Al Quoz area. Excellent service and Delicious food . The way they serve tea is exactly the Chennai style. Ghee Masala Dosa is one of my favourite dish.

I became a regular customer of Chennai Palace Restaurant. I come almost daily for their Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, and other Dosa Specialties, as well for their Onion Uthappam, Dal Fry and North Indian Thali within many other recipes. I come alone, or with my husband and also with our child.
The Chef is very good preparing very nice tasteful food, which is light on stomach and well digested, not too oily or not too heavy of ghee. I eat and feel good, and I just return for another meal whenever I can.
The staff is kind and friendly, and I feel at home. There is always beautiful Indian music going on and that relaxes me a lot.
I do recommend to try this welcoming restaurant and their food in the area of Al Khail Gate Community.

Tea is very very water state and no taste as old. Iam the customer since 5 years. But nowadays very worst. If we say one type of tea but they brings his own taste. Very very worst day by day....

Service is very very poor today in the morning I went there and took my seat, the waiter not even looking at me I waited 20 minutes then the same waiter asking me if I order or not
I asked him I am not visible to you for so many minutes. Very poor service
