I came to withdraw cash but security stopped me entering to the facility as it’s closed at 01:00 AM however people going to GYM or billiard can access which is ridicules, Security Guard said you can enter but if you use ATM problem for you, ????u200d♂️ either MASHREQ spoke to AKGC to allow their customers to use the ATM similarly otherwise relocate the ATM machine at the entrance or outside in the corridor so anyone can use it 24/7 so disappointing!

Add the working timings of the mall or ask security to have some humanity in them.. Its almost 4 in the morning now and my card is blocked and i was asked to visit the nearest atm.. I had to walk 35 mins cuz I can't pay for taxi because the card is blocked to find the mall closed .. I asked the security to be human beings and help me use the atm for 5 mins to reactivate it.. Neither them nor the head security office helped.. They were so rude as well... Now I'll start walking for another 47 mins to go to the next atm:)
