I am absolutely delighted with my experience at Chival Hotel The Palm!

From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel's rooms are spacious, comfortable, and exude a sense of modernity.
The staff here are incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a warm smile.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay, and I'm already looking forward to returning in the future. This won't be my last booking at Chival Hotel—highly recommended. ????????

Housekeeping people are very kind and attentive. Laxman and Sabin did great jobs and I was glad to see them again this time.

The rooms are very nice and so are all of the amenities that are nearby. The only issue is that some of the staff have an attitude issue and think out of emotion instead of listening to the customers. But overall, the experience was very nice.

Amazing Management and Staff ????. Guys, if you would to leave in Luxury apartments, it is the one of 5 stars ???? hotel in Dubai. I don't want to say anything. Just make book it and enjoy your holiday there. ???? ❤️????Many thanks for you ???? both Management and staff ????????????????????

From the moment we entered, it just felt right. The entire hotel has such a pleasant scent. Located on the seventh floor, we had a splendid view along the stem of the palm and onto Atlantis. The spacious apartment is elegantly furnished in light, natural colors, making one feel “at home” in no time. Just a few steps from the Nakheel Mall and a lovely park along the Golden Mile Galleria.
We truly enjoyed our entire stay.
Special thanks to Cham for his welcoming check-in and tour around the hotel in the middle of the night, and to Francis for being a great help in extending our stay. And also thanks to Mohammed for his help at the front desk, both over the phone and in person.
Also a big thanks to the entire house keeping. Especially to Laxman, Sabin, Bishal Rai and Sadhana, for their superb cleaning and eye for making the apartment beyond clean and cozy.

We will for sure return!
