I cannot recommend this location enough. I have always praised their service. Nathalie today was phenomenal. The service desk were not available but she managed in 2 mins to solve my issue and saved phone on the day of travel. I never go to any other location.

The sales lady Catherine has very bad attitude. We were there to buy something and she ignored us in the beginning and i had to request her for assistance. She was not looking at my face or showing any positive gesture. I paid the bill and I saw her greeting nicely and assisting a different nationality customer. I think she only considers customers by analyzing their nationality and attire. Please educate this lady how to treat customers.

Tucked away in an area of the Nahkeel mall where there is not a lot of customers passing by you will find a big iStyle Apple reseller where it feels like it is always calm.

Hence staff is friendly and willing to make time for you to help you out, even if it is only for iPhone case.

The shop is light and airy and very welcoming.

I would like to thanks from the great support which I had received from the technician (Wissam). He is very professional and he has a great attitude to help and solve my issue which the Apple Store team in Dubai mall could not resolve it. I recommend him to all iPhone users. The service is excellent, and they really check the device and can quickly find out the malfunction.. Some devices need new parts and they really fix them quickly and the employee is very helpful, clever and professional

Ali one of the employees of the shop was very kind and helpful.
Thanks to his advice, I bought what I needed for my daughter, and most importantly, he taught me how to block all unwanted apps on my daughter phone .

I am blown away by customer service I received from iStyle at Nahkeet Mall. My apple laptop keyboard developed problems and I look everywhere in Dubai for some repair specialist to looked into it, and someone at Dubai Hill Mall recommended this place for me. I got here the technician looked it and resolved in about 10 minutes and didn't charge me, because he felt it was not a serious issue. Not only that, they also clean my computer for me. To anyone who like premium service while in Dubia, please visit this iStyle. You won't be disappointed!!!!

I wish that google can implement a zero star review so i can use it here . I truly don't believe how is this shop representing a company like apple! Useless staff totally . Zero training, zero Customer care and below zero attitude . One lazy lady whos pretending she's busy while a queue of clients waiting ! While the rest of staff playing in their phones inside . Just a little fathitic trainee who's getting a hard time from everyone because of the stupidity of the management of this place . Not worth it to visit and waste your time there
