Chillis is one of our favourite restaurants, tex mex cuisine with good portions

We ordered

Texas chili fries 5/5
Trio Fahita , with shrimps , chicken and beef , the chicken was dry and tastless but the others were good 4/5
Choclate molten cake 3/5
Kids meals comes with main course , drink and dessert

But i noticed there is variations in food quality among different branches , festival and MOE branches are much way better than maiesm branch

The food is delicious and it will make you go back for more. The ambience is good and the staff is friendly. The pictures that you see online don't really do justice to the aroma and the flavour that you will be engulfed in as soon as you enter. Great place for foodies who enjoy trying new dishes.

Good option for regular casual dining. This is an American diner with plenty of food options, from burgers to pasta, steaks, salads and fajitas. Decent food quality, well-priced, comfortable seating and good service. I'm a fan of the chipotle chicken bowl, the fajita explosion salad, and their grilled chicken options. The steaks, however, are not very good.

I’m a regular customer to this branch, and unfortunately have noticed a big drop in customer service. The food was good. However the Coke was served in cans!! Yes you heard right, in cans! Waiter claims that the coke machine is broken hence no draft coke. He tried to convince me that the can is cheaper than the draft, and that I can buy 3 for the price if 1 draft!
On the other hand the Tostada chips are normally serviced with red spicy dip and ranch sauce.. and it’s also refill as many times as you want.. but hey, they said the ranch is chargeable now!
After we finished, I have asked the waiter to put the chips for take away, which he did but without any sauces… cheap!
Last but not least, normally the floor manager does his rounds and pass by customer tables to ask whether things are going well.. this did not happen at all.

I read earlier reviews that the food is tasteless at Chili’s and this was confirmed on my visit today. Even the fries had no taste. Very strange. Overall the visit was fine and service was good.

Good food and nice friendly service.

Happy to swap some meat for mushrooms and make a nice veggie salad.

Big portions, so will remember not to order so much next time.

Complementary Nachos and salsa were lovely and nice touch.

Great prompt service and the ambience is really nice. The food is quite tasty and the portion sizes are huge. The drinks menu is my fav!
