The quality of food/appearance and service in Paul bakery dropped dramatically. Dirty tea cup with dried food, smelly glasses, cold coffee, eggs Benedict which didn’t look nice, two eggs were cooked different (one medium, another well done) and they were served with water. We waited for our drinks for about 20 minutes, constantly reminding them about our order. After finishing the food, no one bothered to clean the table. Would not recommend this place for a breakfast.

A very family restaurant and close to our home. We often come for lunch or buy fresh bread.
On your birthday, you can get a gift from Paul Bakery.
All you need is to register yourself in application at least 24h before the birth day, present your ID card in restaurant and get free cheesecake.
Paul Bakery always has fresh cakes and pastries. Good service and friendly waiters.

I used to visit Paul in multiple countries due to the high level service and food However, during this visit the service level was not up to my expectations and even the drinks we ordered were kept untouched as the taste was bad and no one bothered himself to ask us if we liked or no. So bad!! Strange!!

This is the first Paul which I really liked in Dubai. Breakfast was super fresh and the impressive service. One minus - not really new tables, I wanted to make picture for Instagram but table looked very "tired". All in all, good place. Recommended

Authentic French delight in terms of food , it is my go to place and I have tried multiple items here..
Croissant , tart and pastries are available with multiple options and I must say all are delicious ????
Mushroom soup is must try.
Sweet potato fries..
In Coffee you have multiple options with hot and cold beverages.
It is bit on expensive side but overall ambiance and decor is magnificent. Place is quiet and good place to have meetings.
It has indoor and outdoor seating.
Download the app to add points on dining or can order as well using app.
Lastly, It has good 1kg , 2kg cake options as well for birthdays and anniversary.
Staff is extremely courteous and I have never seen one visit where there is no greet from staff.

i cant review Paul i feel its the same anywhere else in the world. When i enter i just cant know if i am in Dubai or Paris or Tunisia
the look and the taste remain the same everywhere
well done
PS: but i prefer my flat white stronger that yours

What an utter disgrace! It is impossible to get someone to see you face-to-face, God forbid your baby from having any urgent issues, you'd best be going to the A&E straight away! Just got turned away from child vaccination for being 10 minutes late due to very bad traffic. And now I'm rebooked for a day I was told they don't have vaccination clinic on. Just wasted a holiday here when I can't remember ever being called in on time for an appointment anyways!! The overall attitude was very unsimpatetic and unhelpful and not for the first time...

Near impossible to get a gp appt. Don't bother trying over the phone. They say to turn up and wait outside for when they open at half 8 (there's always a queue waiting). They only offer on the day appts and if you miss out then hard luck basically. when I said not everyone could do this, and what if someone is sick latet in the day, so the system didn't work, they said it won't be going back to how things were before and suggested I ask a neighbour to come book my appt for me if I couldn't get there. I get extreme anxiety whenever I need to see a doctor now because its such a negative expetience every time. The doctors are dismissive and rude and unhelpful and the nurses ive seens were cold and had no empathy. The 1 star I gave is for the physio who works there, as he is lovely. I've been trying to get a review for my meds for a prescription for days and am always told "try again tomorrow". They close over the weekend.

I wanted to thank Orchard Surgery for their efficient, friendly staff who have helped my elderly mother during what has been a difficult year. They have been really supportive of me and helped me get the right care for my mother

Don't bother just go to a and e or you will die waiting for an appointment..... If you are extremely lucky and manage to get the rude receptionist to arrange a call from a doctor it is unlikely that they will bother or they will just say to go to a and e.... Hardly a suprise that hospital waiting times are so long.

It’s so bad I don’t know what to start with.
1. You will never get a day appointment when you call in the morning.
2. It will take you approx 150 calls to get through the reception when you start calling at 8.30. Again, at 8.40 there is no more appointments available.
3. Reception is always rude. I feel like they work there as a punishment. You can never get any support and all you hear is “you must call tomorrow at 8.30 to make an appointment “ (again no appointments available).
4. It’s been already 3 times I called for my newborn baby and never seen a doctor. Always been told there is no appointments. Ended up going to a&e with a problem that gp should sorted.

Avoid at all cost. There are better places in lancing.

Receptionist’s are at best completely indifferent and more often than not rude. They should be ashamed of themselves but they probably don’t give a monkey’s. Do they not realise that patients (people not just numbers) who call them are in need and sometimes desperate. Shameful

Worst doctor's surgery possible in West Sussex . reception should quit there jobs I would be that embarrassed about working there..
Can never get a GP appointment.
you'll be on hold for potentially hours just to be told there is no appointments.
Doctors treat and speak to there patients like dirt especially doctor mendez.
receptionist incredible rude.doctors will hide behind them.
Choose a different doctors surgery!

Never able to get through to reception. Dont even go into a que. My mum was diagnosed in 2020 with dementia and has never seen a doctor since..... The rest of the world has opened up after Covid, why cant doctors??? The receptionist called me yesterday and told me to call in the morning to make a telephone appointment for my mum. WELL that would be good if you can get through....... shameful
