Perfect place for indo Chinese food. Tried their combo of fried rice, chilli chicken and gobi manuchurian good portion for 2 ppl as well as their special lollipop. Satisfying food and service, kid friendly ambience.

So we tried out something totally new last night and came across Chiyang driving around. We took a chance cause we were really hungry. First impression of the restaurant was good in terms of ambience. Very neat ns clean. Waiters were very accommodating and also assisted us in placing our order, which was, Dynamite Prawns, Mixed Fried Rice, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Dragon Spicy Chicken and Crispy Veg Balls. If your a big fan of Dynamite Prawns then you probably will not like theirs. I personally enjoyed it cause it was different. As a matter of fact, all the food was different. Lets say, if a Chinese married a South India and they kid opened a restaurant, this would be it..lol. Honestly, food was great since I love South Indian and Chinese cuisine myself, I totally enjoyed it. It was new to me and it was tasty. Also, the food was very reasonable priced. Definitely recommend going here if you wanna try something new. See you again!

Good ambience and staff. Portion size good for the price. Staff was aware of gluten in food. Made Gluten free dishes for me.
The gf dynamite shrimps were amazing.

Definitely not a Chinese! A Big No if you are searching Chinese food here. It’s more mixture of curry leave and coconut slices in every chinese dish.
One extra star just for portion which is sufficient enough.
Unfortunately we had to left the food because of blant taste and lots of curry leave, coconut chunks were there in the dish.
Waste of money!!!!

Big fan of chiyang restaurants since childhood,but lately the kochin based Chiyang's has been a let down when it comes to their soups and chilly chicken often being blant,but it was a surprise when we visited the Karama branch in Dubai, The taste is a bit different, not the same taste as in the good old 1990's, But never the less it was good.....Enjoyed every single dish we ordered. ???????????? 3

Good indian chinese fusion close to lamcy. I would love to go here again soon. I was here with my parents and it was really good. Friendly service, big quantities and also fast. Make sure to also use your Zomato Pro if you have that.

Good restaurant with Indo-Chinese food. Portions are good and tastes great. Dynamite Shrimp is mouth watering, their combos are good option, portion are more than enough for 1 person.

Popularly know as the Lamcy Plaza area, the locality is some place buzzing with an unending options for Dining. Chiyang is some such restaurant that got on to the Lamcy area bandwagon, serving a fantastic array of Indo Chinese cuisine.
Maybe they are new to UAE, but not so back in their home town in Kerala. They have been in the business from 1980 and have won several awards as a testament of who they are. They are truly big in terms of brand name, customer following and dining area. Embolden by their victory stride in Kerala they opened their first branch in Dubai.
Cool interiors welcomes you, a fiery dragon on the right and a modern wall decor on the left and a large wall mural in the front, gives you a decent visual treat as you sit. The area is clean, well lit and the waiter is ready to take the order. I tried their chicken lollipop, Chiyang special mixed friend rice and chill chicken.
So, the flavours here are not wholly Chinese, but they have taken the Chinese named dish and made is Desi style. Using spices and herbs, adding a beautiful flavours here. The Chicken lollipop was a spice treat, the sting opens up your closed pores all over, such hot experience The mixed rice was delicious, with ample prawns, beef, chicken and the portions were good too.
