Wow! Stop the press! The best, honestly priced, authentic Japanese grocery store in Dubai has finally been found!

Not only carrying a wide range of Japanese foot stuffs and ingredients for Japanese cooking, it also carries actually Japanese utensils for cooking, storing and serving. This AS AUTHENTIC AS IT GETS...and all for a fair price.

This is in starc contrast to the other Japanese shops on sheikh Zayed road that will charge you an arm and a leg for the privilege of getting miso paste or dried sea weed.

This place has all kinds of authentic Japanese ingredients. You can find their curry pastes to make Katsu curr, lotus root, authentic Japanese mayo, soy sauce, Mochi iceacream. They also have frozen goods. Its quite a large store and they even have a variety of traditional crockery.

Glad that the shop was open. Good assortment of products. Ideal to have Japanese cast iron pots. Marvelous range of Japanese knives but considering the price and potential product features, it would be good to have specialists to introduce, advise and recommend suitable products.

The range of products are so attractive that it is contagious to look further because every product seems very necessary!

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Definitely will go again!

Visited the place for the first time and since I'm having a hard time looking for Japanese stores here in Dubai, I have bought every item I was looking for. Definitely will go back again. ????

One of the refrigerator was clearly not working, or just switched on (temperature set at 8C for items supposed to be kept at 0-4C), I arrived shortly after the morning opening time, and the food was almost at room temperature. I brought it to the attention of the staff but they were not particularly interested.
