Ali the assiocate at the Dubai mall location was extremely helpful and kind. He was patient with all my requests and questions and worked hard to find the pair of shoes I was looking for. Associates like him represent the Chloe brand very well and motivate me to continue shop from Chloe!

Il y a six mois, j ai acheté une paire de lunettes de soleil. Le magasin est magnifique très chic. Par contre je suis très très en colère lors de mon achat la vendeuse m'a fait essayer une paire en exposition qui était parfaitement à ma taille. Je les ai trouvés superbes comme je voulais. Seulement arrivée au paiement elle me donne une autre paire de lunettes qui était en réserve (même modèle). Je ne les ai pas essayé lui faisant confiance. Hors arrivée à mon hôtel les lunettes sont immenses elle ne tiennent pas sur mon visage, impossible de les porter
Je suis furieuse je n'ai pas eu le temps de les changer j'étais en escale à Dubai. Je suis vraiment furieuse !!!
