Very poor customer service provided by Mr.Muhammad. Instead of assisting us with our ideas and giving us the prices, all we were provided with responses like “that’s too much work” “we need to do alot in order to get you the prices”. If you don’t want to assist people who have ideas and are expecting you to assist them in bringing their ideas to life, simply specify that from the beginning instead of prolonging it and making them rely on you. Super unprofessional service!

We have been doing customised sweets for our clients since the last 2 years through Chocovana. Not only Mr. Abbas has been kind enough to accomodate all our requests, he even gives suggestions proactively. They are able to do lovely customization based on your company logo, product, etc. Highly recommended.
