The managers/supervisors are not professional . Either they don’t even listen to you or they promise delivery which never happens … don’t check what you are asking and you found by yourself after your purchases. But the staff is amazing and helpful , only managers are not okay at all

This service is very bad by the choithram staff. We place an order on what's app ma'am Priya is not checking even after calling her before. Twice this happened. Not sure if the management checks Google reviews. But horrible to do this to customer. You don't deserve our business then. And after we complain, they bother to check and then give a MISSED call! Wow! You don't have the decency to make a regular call?

Worst place. Really slow billing plus manager is too much of attitude which she should keep it to her self. Kindly do mot visit these store

They are always adding lot of shopping bags and billing it to the delivery orders . Please buy sustainable shopping bags and don’t charge the customers

Doesn't even deserve a single star, staff are unwilling to help. I purchased cocunuts, I asked they to cut it. First they asked me to ask one person. They that guy ask me to check with another person. Then they told me it will take time as they are busy. I told the supervisor she told me the same thing that they are busy and we have to wait a long time. Finally we had to return the items

Producing wrong bills by manipulating figures to correct their mistakes.
Worst customer experience ever !
