Such an amazing experience with the best Indian food I have ever tried. Everything was so thought of with this place, from the very entrance you are greeted by singers, dancers and a giant elephant made of metal, then you go upstairs and it's going to take you a while to take it all in, as the amenities/tables/chairs/ etc are all culturally appropriate, it feels like you are in India having the best time of your life. Then the food...That itself was astonishing, all the different flavours, all the food was on point, the dishes were so genuine that even if a foodie..or not...you could tell that they put a lot of thought and skill to recreate their food here, IN DUBAI !! And to help with all of this, they had some great people, who made sure the customer service would be truly perfect, and a one in a lifetime experience. Many thanks to Manoj and the rest of the guys who made sure that everything was flawless. If you ever go to Dubai, visit this place...Everything is Perfect, it's also very affordable.

Good service..
Bhavani Singh was extremely professional and his service was impeccable..
Maharani thali was a nice representation of Rajasthani food..
Shahi Tukda and crispy jalebi filled with apple and rabdi was really yummy..

If you crave authentic Rajasthani food or are looking for some delicious vegetarian options - this is the place for you! The Choki Dhani Thaali not only fills your stomach but your heart too. The location at Al Seef is particularly spectacular with its beautiful sea view and old city vibe. This is a must visit when in Dubai!

Good food and nice atmosphere. Staff seemed friendly. Keep an eye on your bill and ask pricing ahead of time. Being overcharged for water left a bad taste in my mouth. They were pushing wine and beer but I wanted water due to the heat and the food would be spicy. I would be afraid to ask what they would charge for a beer or soda. 12 Dirham for a bottle of water that's been refilled so many times the cap is stripped. Every restaurant I've been to in Dubai has given water for free. For this reason I did not say anything but did not leave my customary 20% tip.

The food was absolutely not as per the expectation. Ordered both veg and non veg thali:

- Mutton was not tasting like mutton.
- chicken had after taste
- Gatta ki sabji was very similar to kadhi
- Bajre ki khchdi was amazing. I think the only thing I really loved.
- some aloo sabji was just OK.
- paneer curry was nice although sweet but it tasted nice.

Overall I would not recommend the food. The food was just fine. If visiting for food then not recommended.

Ambience is really nice, location is nice. People are really friendly and nice.

My friend and I have just had a wonderful dinner in Chokhi Dhani. Delicious food, cordial atmosphere and great service make it the best Indian restaurant in Dubai. Many thanks to Bhawani Singh for taking care of us. It was a perfect evening, we’ll definitely come back!

I had dinner with my family at this restaurant on 17thFeb,23. We ordered their famous Laal Maas, chicken matka biryani, Rajasthani kadhi, bread basket and carrot halwa.
Lal Maas gravy was very salty. Biryani rice were overcooked and mushy. Carrot halwa was too oily to eat. Sour kadhi was nice though. Serving size was great. We had plenty of food left over that we brought back with us and tried having it in the breakfast.
Complimentary drink that was served at the end of the meal tasted like a bitter medicine.
Manager had poor sense of humor. He told me I looked exactly like my teenage daughter. Felt so embarrassed!!

Thank you! Pradeep was our server and we were really happy! Food is very good and service is excellent. We had a very good view on the waterfront and professional dancers were dancing ! See you soon.
