The worst service ever I had faced. What happened is NOT acceptable at all, they took the watch for 4 month and then nothing has been done... What a bad service has provided

So i live in saudi, and i wanted a specific ring that i tried to find it in saudi first then Kuwait but i wasnt lucky with the service, size and availability in these two location.
So i called the UAE store, Roma answered my call and helped me thru the entire purchasing process via phone to reserve it for me and ensuring my buddy picked it up, and even when i picked the wrong size she made the whole switching process so easy and smooth that i didn’t hesitate to ask to keep a bit longer in the store or even create an online payment method for me specifically. The experience was encouraging and the attitude was just great.

This post is just to thank Roma for making what my girl wants a reality and save me a lot of trouble ????.

Good example of a Mott and Bailey. The outer ring almost forms a complete circle. Difficult to photograph as is flattened by the camera so the picture doesn't show much more than a grassy field.
