Sales team is very good but their service team is equally pathetic. Recently, one of my watches couldn’t reset the chronograph and requires extensive work. The watch is under warranty. It is a simple case of manufacturing defect and should be replaced. They keep insisting for rectification which is unfair. It’s been three weeks since the watch handover and still no resolution. I will think twice before buying a watch from them next time.

Ordered a watch online, get a call saying there was a glitch in the system and they cannot sell the watch to me for the given price, then try to upsell me to buy more stuff from them.

Amazing guys that try their best to draw a smile on their brand loyal customers. I badly wanted a scarce watch of my favorite brand and they supported me to the max to get it.

I am here to share an embarrassing moment that was experienced on 11th Dec 2022 in the afternoon, this incident occurred at Rivoli in Mall of the emirates, FYI not in Prestige. A staff named ‘Samrat’ verbally abused his colleague in front of all the customers and staff, it was shocking and a very humiliating experience, this matter should be taken seriously and addressed, I hope the staff has reported this matter, or such behaviour will attract a bad reputation to the organisation. I will never go back to this location.
