What an amazing experience had in Citadines.
Cleanliness of the property and the calmness of the surrounding was speechless.
Services from the front office team was excellent.
Room amenities also really fantastic. After seeing the provided amenities we were surprised. Worth on the money we spent.

Talking about the breakfast it was so delicious. The food varieties was so amazing and more worthy than what we paid.

I am very surprised by this Hotel.
The staff are super friendly at the check in. The rooms are so clean and nice.
Mr. Rodel was super friendly and helpful at Breakfast . I asked him for something and he got me that right away without a question. The Quality of the Breakfast is very good and fresh. The options are little but they have good stuff.

For this price and quality it’s def. Worth the Stay . Would love to come here more often

Don’t normally write reviews. I normally only stay at 4/5 star hotels. But I got to say this definitely beat my expectations! The service received at this place goes wayy beyond any other hotel I’ve stayed at EVER. very clean and welcoming atmosphere. It’s in the perfect location. 5 min drive to Dubai mall. I wouldn’t be staying at any other place and even booked it for the coming months for friends and family. Special thanks to Lorie at reception as she made my stay great and made sure I had everything I needed. Room was a decent size, clean and a nice view of the canal with no obstructions. I cannot thank the hotel staff enough for their hospitality and the fact I’m writing a review says a lot as I NEVER write reviews!

Firstly I would like to appreciate Mr.Riyaz who was outstanding and excellent in his service. So far the best hotel I've ever been in. Beautiful, luxurious and modern. Amazing facilities, room sizes, sparkling clean rooms, great food/restaurant choices. Stuff members are super nice and polite, location is perfect

I always stay in this hotel when ever am in dubai , but this time it was simply unique , amazing staffs ready to help , a particular staff by name Maggi or maggy is just an exceptional lady and makes sure my rooms is always clean. I will always stay here when ever am in Dubai for business , and thank you maggy for making my stay wonderful.

Staff were so lovely! Quick check in and out. The hotel is far from town but it is located in a quiet neighbourhood and near the airport. Will certainly come back.

However, if you have loud neighbours, you will have hard time sleeping ;(

My stay is comfortable at Citadines, Dubai.
Staff are extremely helpful, very accommodating and approachable. Special mention to Ms Lorie from the Reception and Mr Sushil from Housekeeping and the Valet staff. All support is provided instantly, very attentive and ensured well maintained clean rooms. I highly recommend Citadines.

We had a pleasant stay. Great assistance and accommodation from Arthur, Rodel and Romar. Will definitely consider staying in this hotel again in our future visits. Thanks! ????
