The building bedrooms are fixed with loud alarms, any time small smoke is detected anywhere in building causes these loud alarms to get triggered. The location does not have proper pavements for pedestrians and cars are parked on them. The building parking is very congested and we need to drive very very carefully in narrow ramps of basement parking. The parking doesn’t have room enough to turn and park . The gas company here is very expensive and charging 15 as surcharge and rate of per unit is also high. The management here is quite uncooperative and you will always listen to a No for requests being made.

New building with spacious one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, some of which with fabulous creek view.
