Never depend on CITI bank deposit machines either cash deposit option is taken off or else it will not work ???? before enrolling to CITI bank cards Ensure this.

Lacking customer service.mo one responded to my email which I sent a week ago. No acknowledgement at all. Call Centre agents kept disconnecting my calls. I wasn’t able to speak with anyone. It’s very disappointing not have any representative from Citi bank to get in touch to assist and it’s concerning fir not getting a reply or acknowledgement to my email.
