Very good customer service, the prices in general are good and they’re even better if you’re using vouchers like Air-Miles. We tried the velvet latte, mocha, flat white, and iced coffee. They also have a variety of sandwiches that look fresh. The atmosphere is also nice and quiet- great place to come with a friend or to study. The place is very clean and it’s comfortable to sit in whether for 20 mins or an hour.

Situated in a more quieter place in the mall. Perfect for those who wants to enjoy coffee quietly. Staff are very accommodating.

Very peaceful and quiet but the food is not that great. I had a spicy mixed bean wrap that looked like vomit because of the huge amount of cheese they put in it. I also ordered a wrap for takeaway that was surprisingly handed to me heated even though I was eating mine on site.

Nice ambiance, cozy place, accessible to taxi and near Ikea! 3 star, because i just don’t get the taste of the coffee that I’ve been looking for! The coffee is weak and the milk was too hot!

My only choice for quite place to work in festival Dubai mall. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are very nice. I ordered Spanish latte. It was delicious ????

Today one of the staff asked me to buy something. I found that very inappropriate especially that I go there very often. Staff should not ask their guests to buy something. They can offer something, but not asking ppl directly to buy. Some staff improvement can help ????

Otherwise, place is okay.

I can’t be more in love with a place, my review is definitely flawed. I am not a good judge to all the menu as I only get a flat-white maybe a sandwich and leave. But the team is great and the and the service is consistent
