I wish i could give them a 0 rating. Their customer service centre are pathetic and useless and are unable to resolve queries raised 11 days back. In this fast age the bank is crawling. They just can't figure things out.

Citibank's customer service is extremely poor and you would be lucky if you get a response that indicates that your complaint was read. Overall it seems citi doesn't value ordinary customers and is too careless about how they feel. That being said, a 1 star is a generous rating.

Please don't use this atm, my card has been stuck inside the machine since Friday night. (2.04.2021).
No contact number or any emergency info provided on the machine.
After looking through the website found a 24/7 assistance number. After trying for an hour, some lady finally answered the phone.
She said she cannot do anything until Sunday morning as they are closed for the weekend.
I have to now wait untill Sunday ( and pick up the card from Citibank main branch located somewhere in Al wasl). Had to go through a terrible ordeal last night.

Update on 6.04.2021 (visited the main branch in Al wasl - the said they didnt find any card in the machine) ????????????
