Poor service am just giving 1 star bcos there is no option of '0' in rating otherwise I would have given it. We trust the brand & will try to keep the longterm relationship by purchasing continuously but they don't even try to show any concern on customers. I kept visiting this Ibn Battuta store for almost 3 weeks continuously fro under graments but I didn't get my size. IIts very easy to find in other brand stores but just bcos of trust on this store I ended up by not getting my size & 2 times during my visit the sales representative said that madam this is not size & she said that the down size is urs but still I tried myself multiple time to find my size but didn't get it. Finally yesterday I trust this sales person & bought down size wherein it's not fitting & money goes in mud only bcos there is no use of keeping it which is not fitting for me. I do understand that there is no exchange of under graments but still I feel that this was suggested by a sales representative so I thought to go n try Incase if they show any humanity it will be fine...I took permission from my office to explain them that it's not even 12 hours after I purchase this but it will be great if u can change it bcos it's not my size & they were not cooperative at all & said like they will get terminated. Surprising is they are least bothered to check with the senior person also if they can help us... they will not allow for trial also at the same time no exchange even if we go in span of hours also..so hey mean to say that there is no value for money finally they made me to throw the new clothes which is of 150dhs.Very poor service no cooperation at all & they will give wrong advise as well. I hope this will be useful for the public as well

This store has great deals often.. with good collections of clothes for adults n kids. The prices are very reasonable and the clothes are reliable too. The quality is well maintained and the staff is very friendly too.

I like REDTAG stores they have very nice goods suitable for your wallet, they sometimes brought New thing you'll never find anywhere else but at us not repeated. I believe your spouse will like it price and design.

Good staff service.

Best is return policy.

Reasonable priced shop. Bought shoes and wind jacket, pretty satisfied. If you want to spend money then lot of other options available.
