Overall an average experience. Wouldn’t say anything is super amazing here but you definitely get what you pay for! Breakfast is okay (nothing too special) as well as the pool and sunbathing area. Location is probably the best part about this place as it’s right by the marina with loads of places to eat and smoke shisha and a 15 min walk to jbr. BUT our toilet kept not flushing and made a really loud sound for hours on end, taxi drivers have a really hard time finding the hotel and decor is very outdated and old. I wouldnt stay here again but service was ok and the hotel did the job.

The hotel is very comfortable, housekeeping was very good, every day new bed cleaning and all shower stuff. Pretty nice view. They have free pool and the gym, but I didn’t have time to visit, so can’t tell about it.

Elsayed was very good, trying hard to be kind and polite. He helped a lot during the whole staying from the beginning to the last day!
So big thanks to him and to the hotel staff. Everything was very good!!!
But I have to mention one moment when some other concierge called an expensive white taxi for us…. It is much more expensive than to call Uber and two times more expensive than ordinary taxi (it’s name probably Hala taxi or something) same color all cars with red, blue or green roofs. And the guy told us that it’s the same…. That was not very pleasant. But I don’t know the name of the guy.
Everything else was very good polite and pleasant! Thanks!!

The place is old but was refurbished few years ago.
The supervisor named Michelle has a very rude/ bad attitude. I recommend the management to change him or just fire him. I have never seen a supervisor who does not stand up for his employees he rather makes the tourist mad over changing his decision. The receptionist agreed the day before to change the breakfast to Iftar buffet, however this Michelle at the time of Iftar he was rude and refused to allow us to eat me and my family including kids, a disgrace, and very disrespectful behavior towards me as muslim. Probably one of my worst experience here in Dubai.
I don’t recommend this place at all.

Very nice and polite staff. Breakfast was great.???? The restaurant is open 24/7. And very tasty.???????????? Unfortunately, some of the furniture is already slightly worn.☹️ The view, on the other hand, is breathtaking????????????

Amazing hospitality and service. People working at reception are truly professionals, super friendly and always happy to assist.
Great room service and excellent meal from the restraint.

We stayed in a 2BR apartment , location is fantastic and since our apartment was on one of the top floors, it provided a very nice views. After i booked the apartments, some of the review comments were a bit discouraging . Couple of my emails which had prompt responses were almost template driven and seemed to add to my discomfort but my experience was completely the opposite. The staff was fantastic, they helped us with an early check in (10 AM vs usual time of 3 PM) and even provided a free upgrade on the rooms. They were very attentive to our needs, be it the front desk, restaurant staff or even the concierge. I had nothing but good interaction with everyone at the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone

We stayed in a 3BR apartment - 4 adults and 3 kids. The larger apartments were on the top floors, so it provided nice views.

The good:
1. Prices were good value for the apartment size we needed. Rooms and living/dining were nicely sized, with a great view of the marina from the balcony.
2. Service staff were friendly and attentive.
3. Breakfast was great for the price paid, and could be had al fresco by the marina.

The downsides were that:
1. Rooms and furniture were old and quite obviously in need of rejuvenation. Parts of flooring were damaged, the shower area in all toilets kept flooding because water kept pooling between the tub and the wall, then overflowed onto the toilet floor.
2. Cleanliness needs to be improved as parts of the apartment were covered in dust and dirt.

Great location but can be hard to get to with traffic. Service is excellent and a nice place for a family stay. An easy choice.
