I came by chance on their Instagram page and I have zero regret! I have been training with Kristina for exactly 3 months following my pregnancy and the results are just great. In addition to the considerable weight loss I can see also great results in body shaping and toning. Since I started training with Kristina I feel motivated to go to the gym and feel the interest she has in each individual she is working with. She is a super coach!

I looked for ages to find the right trainer, the one I could feel confident that she/he could adapt to me, help me set my goals and motivate me to keep going. I followed the Instagram page “personaltrainer_dubai” & happily started with them last Nov.,
With Kristina it’s easy to connect, she listens to you do well, adjusts the exercises to my energy levels and moods. And always makes me stretch more than I think I can do. She is fun and flexible. No two sessions are the same.
After the 1st month I start see the change in my body shape, firming up week after week. Also I felt stronger than ever knowing that I went through a health condition that forced me to stop exercising for more than 4 years..

Johnny is an amazing personal trainer, He is the type of trainer that will actually pay attention to you as a client.
He is not one of the trainers who will give you a workout and sit next to you texting while you are working out, he actually pays attention to everything you are doing and is always there to engage you and motivate you.
He is always there for you, you can chat with him and ask any questions at anytime.
He will push you until you see results.
I definitely recommend Johnny to anyone who wants to see real results!
He is not only a personal trainer, he is a lifestyle coach!

The best training experience due to the fact that I lost 5 kgs in 11 sessions (3 Weeks) without supressing my appetite or eating strange meals or taking any supplements.

I’ve been training with Johnny for 1 year now I lost more than 15 kg, Best trainer eveeeeer very dedicated very motivated I wakes up every morning looking forward for the training and never been happy like now even when am traveling always checking on my training and pushing me to not stop.
