A bang in the middle experience. Rooms are clean enough, except for 1-2 minor patches. Staff is polite. Nothing great to write home about but nothing bad either. Location is very convenient with a metro station and mall being next door.

An amazing experience once again, have stayed here before. All staff are very helpful. Fab location, very central to local attractions, Dubai Mall is not to far. you have Burjaman Mall right next door which includes retail stores and food shops. Metro station within a few minutes.
Definitely would stay here again.

Everywhere in the lobby I felt the smell of smoke. And due to carpets everywhere in the room and that too of red color, The dirt in it visible.

The food quality in the breakfast was very bad and tasteless. Pls improve the quality of food.

In rooms there was no space to walk and there are three sofas, pls remove the extra sofas so that anybody can walk atleast in the room, It's very congested.

I had a horrible experience and I was not having a chance to change so i had to manage this for a week.

The rooms are clean but small, however for single person like me is good enough, I liked the location, as every thing is at walking distance, Burjuman metro station where you can find both metro is a couple of mins walk, lot of eating option around, Burjuman centre is right next to it..

It is located in a very good place. Near Burjuman metro station, which includes two lines on metro. Also near Burjuman shopping center which has lots of stores and a food court and also a Carrefour supermarket which is a good benefit.
You can get this hotel by metro station very easily by 5 or 6 stops in the red line of Dubai metro. And walk about 1 minute from metro station to the hotel. You can go to the shopping centers such as Dubai Mall or mall of emirates or Deira city center by metro very easily and quickly. The only weakness is its breakfast. It is not exciting at all.

Great value for money. Hotel is located very near to metro station and a premium mall. There are many Indian eateries within 200 mtrs of the hotel with pure veg options. The location of hotel is cab ready so you don't have to book cab in advance. They have a very good travel desk. They assist you in doing bookings for attractions with good discounts.

Rooms are too small… I stayed in premium deluxe room… the budget of deluxe is high compared to the room size… very very bad for family (husband, wife and one kid)…

Not very clean also,,, cleanliness- 1 star

Don’t get fooled by pics website…

Wardrobe is very small…
No table or chair or sofa…
Give you only 2 small bottle of water…

Wonder who gave them 4 star… it’s 1 star hotel in a superb location …
