They came 1 day late to complete the installation … driver would lie saying he was on his way to my home and never called back to say he wasn’t coming … horrible service and unprofessional

This was my first experience with Eros shop, but it wasn't a pleasant one. I bought an iPhone 13 pro but after a few hours of using it the phone started heating up. After I called the store, they told me to bring it to them, once I brought it to them, they told me that it would take more than 1 week for them to check the phone. A second option is to take it to a technician by myself. Because I needed a phone, I went to the Apple store by myself.
Even after checking and installing new software, the phone continued to heat up. Upon returning the phone to the Eros showroom, I am told that it cannot be returned or refunded. Furthermore, they need a report from Apple store technicians, but Apple does not give third parties any reports.
Then finally, after long arguments, I return the phone and they tell me to wait for 5 days while the technician checks it out. After their technician called me, I called back to the store to check on the status and they still said wait another week. That's ridiculous! My refund is still pending and I have not received an update.
It was the worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Was mislead by eros on the phone insurance. They convinced us to take the accident warranty for 2 years. When we went to claim they said the extended warranty doesn't cover damage which was the opposite of was told when we purchased the phone.

I was hesitating to enter at EROS coz I never went their before then the staff name Mr.Danish called me and made me feel comfortable with his friendly attitude.I bought MacBook Pro 2020 and the impressive part was he suggest me to Ensured the product was working before I left the store.He also answered all the questions that I had well knowledgeable with the product.Would definitely buy more items from here????
