Staying in this community is a wonderful experience. I can say it's in the heart of the city. Walking and shopping in the evening and night is amazing.

Cool and calm area for Business Offices, overall streets clean and the area design is very attractive

The parking for visitors was unclear as there were no walk way signs to the main entrance from the car park.... We had to walk out the same way we actually drove in!

The building was clean and luxurious, however the building numbers in city walk are not so easily seen... We had to ask the security man "where is building 17?" He said we just drove past it!

We were looking for the number 17 on the building for ages!

Clean and reasonable price for apartment in Dubai. You need to bring your food items with you. No free room service. Available free parking and free fast wifi.

1. Lack of good customer service 2. They domt accept refunds, this very frustrating for some one who had to shop for stuff in a wheel chair. Will not return again. 3. Poor signage with a poster that says "down stairs for exchange and refunds" and down stairs says "upstairs for exchange and refunds" for those of us less mobile, would appreciate either 2nd floor or middle floor instead of the rat race.

I was looking for a pair of trainers I had seen online hoping they had them in store. They had the style but only in light pastel colours whereas I was looking for dark blue. I wanted to avoid having to pay delivery charge.

I walked in looking for a small shoulder bag, I looked around for maybe 30 seconds, before I was greeted by a smiling employee, he asked if he could help, I explained what I was looking for and he duly directed me to exactly what I wanted. I found a decent converse bag, which is great, it was £17.99 down to £12.99
So a fiver off, happy days.
I queued for maybe 3 minutes, before a checkout became vacant, then off on my jolly way. All in all, a top notch shopping experience. Good work guys.

No idea how this place continues to stay in business. 1 single rugby ball on display. Shop full of sales assistants but none of them remotely interested or know what they are doing. Eventually managed to check the stock room…3 more rugby balls in stock..identical to the one on display. This is In a sports shop spanning 3 floors, not Tesco. Laughable

What an awful place, with equally or worse staff, couldn't get served after asking several over about 10-15 min wait. Staff are just not interested in helping you, I left in disgust. Will NEVER go there again.

Manager wasn’t trained to put a name on a football shirt.. she really had no interest ( said the store was very busy yet 3 staff behind the tills doing nothing.. was sent to Norwich from Yarmouth but the manager couldn’t give a toss.. no wonder her staff was standing round doing nothing
