We recently appointed Halliday Homes to sell our property. We met with Marie to view our new home and loved the way she managed the viewing. We met with Austin to run through the process of selling our own property and were impressed with his local knowledge and values, we knew we would be in safe hands. Marie and Grant organised all the viewings for us and kept us up to date the following day with feedback. Our property was sold within a few weeks. I cannot praise Halliday Homes team enough for the efforts and amount of work they put in. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped arrange the home report too. I felt like part of the Halliday family by the end of it all. Moving home is incredibly stressful but I can honestly say it was made much easier with Halliday Homes. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you. Mr and Mrs Smith

I had to sell my late father's house in Bridge of Allan which is 50 miles from where I live. Austin met me there to discuss what Halliday Homes could offer and it very much suited my requirements being a remote seller of an empty property.

I dealt with Marie who was very proactive and frequently in contact. If Marie wasn't available, other team members were usually up-to-speed with the sale. Also, messages left were passed on quickly to Marie and answered.

Pulling together the home report was done quickly. One offer was made after about a month on the market. Unfortunately that fell through when the buyer could not secure finance. This did not stop the team at Halliday Homes kicking back into action for a second time and securing a second offer which completed.

I would highly recommend the team at Halliday Homes for making the process smooth and stress-free.

Excellent people to deal with. First class service from start to finish. Should mention that we purchased our property from Haliday Homes. Arranging viewings (which we had a few) was never a problem along with been given as long as we needed due to personal circumstances. Hand over day was smooth and the new home pack was full of useful stuff and information.

We would highly recommend Austin and his team at both the Bridge of Allan office and Auchterarder office for buying and selling, having recently done both through Hallidays.

We initially met with Austin and chatted through the selling process and valuation; he has a relaxed but professional manner
which was a definite plus for us and he clearly had very good knowledge of the local housing market.

Communication was excellent throughout. We were kept up to date at all times and everyone was always friendly, professional and knowledgeable and responses were always in a timely manner.

Grant and Marie at the Bridge of Allan office and Zara at the Auchterarder office were brilliant. Hayley, the photograper who came to take the photos for our house sale was also brilliant and takes excellent photos.

Overall, a first class experience selling and buying with Hallidays. A friendly, relaxed and professional team, which made what can be quite a stressful time much easier to manage.

Great to see a local business doing so well! Please continue the good work.
