City Walk Building 3A

Great place to live!
Choose apartment 601 and you get lovely views of the Burj Khalifa on one side, and over City Walk to the sea on the other!
We saw kite surfers and yachts on some days and cruise liners on others… I could wave at my husband’s plane as he flew past on trips! Always some exciting cars to view in the traffic below! Can be a bit noisy at night but with bedrooms facing the internal courtyard it’s less of a problem than at other buildings.
The coffee group is nice (Coronavirus permitting!) and there is quite a community feeling.. with the inevitable Facebook/WhatsApp chat groups to ask questions, arrange meet-ups etc, so make sure you sign up to these!
Really enjoyed our time here :)
A few niggles such as car park barriers never working, maintenance standards seeming to decrease a bit over the duration of our stay (4 years) but it was still a lovely place to live.
