I'd say the most problematic is the way they handle maintenance in regard of the prices for these flats.
We had a smelly gutter problem for almost a year, elevators out of order for weeks, fire alarms blaring in the middle of the day/night for months now, it takes days to get repairs done as they are totally understaffed, and always trying to make it the cheapest way.
I'm currently one bedroom AC down, and master bathroom water heater down (now 2 weeks).
It seems they've forgot that a happy tenant that stay, pay and take care of your investment is the basic.
Many people have been angrily leaving the place in the last year. Some even buying their way out. Most of us are growing wary of the constant hustle with Al Zajel management and their attitude.
It's a shame, coz it used to be a really nice place.
