I stayed at this hotel when i visited Dubai and l was very impressed with how eager the staff was to make my stay perfect and comfortable. The food was super delicious, i would give their pastry chef 5 more stars. I was overall a great experience

Geat service and impressive prices. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff helped with all my questions, from finding the ideal room to providing other advice regarding the same. Their attention to being unique in their style and the cleanliness is one of a kind. Not to mention that the hotel location is right across the road from Mall of the Emirates and has access to all types of transportation.

What can i say? To keep it simple, the team of Citymax make this place the best place in Dubai to stay for Business or with family at a budget, and they make you feel at home constantly. As far as the Restaurant is concerned everyone makes you feel so comfortable and nothing is ever too much trouble for them, especially Ruksha who has a beautiful smile and is awlays in a great mood, making you feel like eating even more. She is a great advert for the hotel and the whole restaurant team as well as the hotel management. My favorite place to stay at a budget and i will continue to come back time and time again.

This hotel is simply outstanding and we love it. This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel. The reasons are very simple. It is a super nice service in all areas and which served very friendly and above all. We would like to thank again very much the room service Atabul who has conjured us every day a beautiful, well-kept room ! We will definitely not have been here the last time. It is a very hot tip.

Everything is as clean as ever,
breakfast is very good as always.
But people in reception is not as good as before.
They used to smile and nice and have a small talk.
They used to call also to check if everything is well settled and everything.
They keep doorbelling instead of wake up call, somehow annoying.
The next doors people are too loud last night and all noises till 2pm, seems the management did not do anything at all to keep the peaceful night for others.

City Max is located in the the heart of Al Barsha. It is conveniently located with a hundred restaurants around for excellent food options. The hotel on its own is a budget one.
I had gone to visit a friend and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Quality of rooms are great for the price point. I though cannot comment on the service, as I did not stay there

The hotel is right opposite the mall. Very friendly people, and Ruksha was particularly helpful, made us feel at home. All good, and restaurants all around. Just really hot in July.

During breakfast, Ruksha's warm and welcoming demeanor stood out, making me feel right at home. She was attentive, ensuring that all guests were well taken care of and had everything they needed. Her efficiency and friendliness brightened my mornings, setting the perfect tone for the rest of the day. Ruksha's excellent service and positive attitude left a lasting impression, and I can confidently say that she is one of the best hotel staff members I've ever encountered.I thank entire hotel team for making my stay truly memorable!
