If there was a 0 star i would definitely give to mashreq bank horrible service and horrible experience no security multiple transactions and fraud done no actions ! No otp for many transactions if less than 100 dhs transactions u only receive an email not msg on ur mobile which caused me alot of money losses due to fraud without me reading my email!!! I have been trying to complaint for the past 2 days no response or actions or a call back!! I do not recommend this bank to any1

Absolutely horrible, used their ATM to desposit money and it didn’t print any receipt for me even tho i pressed print and eventually i couldn’t prove i deposited the amount. Called the call center and she straight away said there is nothing she can do even without listening to my issue, i asked her to speak to a supervisor and she said she will transfer the call and simply ended the call on me. Horrible experience and closing the account soon

Worst bank ever, I applied to new account for more than month and still processing it, and there is no way to contact them properly.

I use mashreq bank debit card and I am not happy about their offers its too crazy when we win some prize money then they will ignore it and they say this is that not specified answer to the costumer

There is only one ATM small box not bank, wrong information by Google map.
