The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish.The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible.The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept better than I have in a long time.
The hotel also had a great location, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I was able to walk to many of the places I wanted to visit, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the room it’s not that bad but they forget to provide or set up the hygiene ???? kits. specially , toothbrush and toothpaste hopefully they can provide a proper (H)conditioner ,(H)shampoo and body wash.
I know it’s to massive review or maybe it’s
My first to have an experience.

But for the staff I really appreciate them I like the way they approach the guest specially the receptionist APPLE she’s not only beautiful but kind . ????

Had a great experience.. Staffs and their hospitality was top notch. Special kudos to the front desk. Very attentive people. The location is good. And definitely a well maintained classy decoration.

a great establishment for a first trip to dubai, the service and maintenance are nice and friendly. The mall is nearby, the food is very tasty, the Kazakhs advise everyone.

Hotel is very comfortable, location is most convenient! I want to say thank you for the nice service from receptionist Kashif , he gave very nice room (1105 ) with a great view , whenever I call he is always helpful, decisive and finds a solutions quickly Kudos to him !
Also I would like to mention Vasim for his great service, very polite and hardworking man after him i always find my room clean and shiny ???????? God job guys !!

Good place for chilling! Very comfortable place, the metro and the Mall of Emirates are near hotel. Like it!

Nice budget hotel close to metro stop. They have free shuttles to the beach. It s hard to hail a cab on that street, we wished they helped with that.
keep in mind there are two City max on the same district and everyone knows City max the Mall but not this one :)

Great option to stay with clean rooms, helpful staff. Location is a little way off from the metro. Can get confused with the original, older Citymax hotel which is closer to the mall.
